Grip rings

Use of these grip rings is recommended on even shafts without grooves made of flexible material with a resistance of 589 - 687 N/mm2.

Use of these rings on shafts with ground, hardened respectively galvanic treated surfaces is not recommended as there the carrying capacity will be reduced significantly.

As these rings are very inflexible, it is necessary to use a gripper with an adjustable notch to avoid a strong deformation of the ring.

Material:   spring steel C60S             (C60) EN 10132 – ¼ / DIN 17222)
 

Hardness:         471 – 545 HV            47  - 52  HRC
