NOTE:
The martensitic steels are subject to the absorption of hydrogen, in particular climatic conditions (for example, marine clilmates or similar) which can cause fractures due to the fragility of the ring; furthermore  they have a limited corrosion resistance and bending test (  15 ^o).

NOTE:

For usage which require excellent corrosion resistance and a reduced hydrogen absorption, we recommend the use of austenitic steels (on request and for quantities to be agreed upon case by case). In assembly it is essential to use assembly pliers with a screw for limitation of the opening-closing of the ring.

Consistency:  95 - 115 kg/mm2
Hardness:          HV 301 - 353; HRC 30 – 36

Serrated lock washers
DIN 6798 A Serrated lock washers with external teeth
DIN 6798 J Serrated lock washers with inner teeth

can be delivered made of following material:

• STAINLESS STEEL A2 - AISI 304 (W.N. 1.4301)
• STAINLESS STEEL A4 - AISI 316 L (W.N. 1.4435)

Consistency:
60 - 70 Kg/mm2

• StAINLESS STEEL A2 AISI 304 guaranteed a good corrosion resistance.
• STAINLESS STEEL A4 AISI 316 L guarantees a good corrsion resistance and is antimagnetic.
