Disc rings
Disc rings DIN 2093

Use of these disc rings instead of coil springs when highest accurateness of load should be achieved or load should be changed by reversed stacking of the same disc rings in 2-3 packets.
- short axial length and high load
- stack ability for a big choice of spring solutions
- less required space
- high cushioning effect
- longer durability
- more easy to store
Material
Up to 1,2 material thickness CK 75
From 1,25 material thickness 50 Crv 4
Please ask for our detailed catalogue with characteristic curves for each diameter.
Surface
phosphated and oiled
From 2 mm material thickness disc rings are individually preset after heat treatment, in order to eliminate a possible slippage as far as possible when using.
Stacking of disc rings
Die Tellerfedern können durch kombinieren folgender Methoden gestapelt werden:
| 1. | Reversed stacked disc rings are "x" disc springs reversed stacked. When the hub complies with the hub of each single disc mulitiplied by "x" while usable load complies with the single disc ring. Example: x = 8 reversed stacked disc rings. |

| 2. | Disc rings stacked in the same direction are "" disc rings in the same direction. When the hub complies with the hub of each single disc multiplied by "y" while usable load complies with the single disc ring. Example: y = 3 in the same direction stacked disc rings. |

| 3. | Example for stacking t6 packets of disc rings, each consisting of two equally arranged disc rings. |
