Paal service: Quality from production to delivery
Paal stands for quality. This is proved not only by a constant growth since the founding year in 1945, but also by the philosophy of quality which applies not only to pure production bus also to the internal processes.
1. Order processing

Orders of the Paal Group are entered into the central IBM computing-system and leave the headquarter Remscheid the same day.
We have set up two packaging lines: one for the postal service and one for freight shipment.

Freights also leave Remscheid on the same day in the evening and arrive at the customer within 24 hours at the latest. Swap trailers of our forwarder Mäuler are placed on our site and are being filled during the day.
2. Container filling

Upon request we will fill the goods directly into customer owned containers and deliver to the customer on a special day of the week. Additionally the goods can be delivered in bulk into our containers and brought directly to the customer's workplace or assembly area.
3. Stock keeping

We have security storage for our customers. Thus a sudden additional need of our goods will not lead to a shortage at our customer.
Virtual customers stocks at Paal as well as an order system via EDIFACT or PAAL Online are possible.
